I've never written a review for a restaurant in my life but I had to for this place. This is the number one greatest hot dog stand I've ever been to, and arguably the best restaurant I've ever been to. The hot dog was phenomenal and the views from the outdoor seating were breathtaking. I wish I didn't live so far from here :(

On river seating, clean, gorgeous views with occasional barges, trains (fast and loud though) and more bald eagles soaring past the place than one might imagine.

I fee that this place cuts corners take advantage of out of towers that are very unlikely to be back in the area any time soon.

Great dogs and desserts! My family stops here quite often.

Friendly people, fresh food, and a great view.

Negatives:

I didn't give one star because there are a few positive aspects of this place.

Our fries were really bad. They seemed to be of some quality and could have been pretty tasty if it wasn't for the obvious freezer burn.

Last, she sold us on fresh squeezed lemonade, sounds great right?

Oh yeah, 24$ for two meals in town where the average family income barely exceeds 30k.

Meh, tasted like crystal light with lemon slices added, a million seeds on the bottom.

Positives:

Burger was decent, but I think it wasn't cooked fresh, I think the patties were kept in water in a warmer as well, come come think of it, they do not have a flat top grill, no grill noise or smell - only microwave beeps, several in fact. Our food arrived way too fast for patties that size to be cooked that fast.

Quick service and the lady was super nice and did a good job at up selling her products. Fried cheese curds were pretty decent

Foot long hot dog bun was really stale, half of it was rock hard. The dog itself was cheap meat, chicken and pork - nothing to get excited about. Would be better if it was at least grilled and seared a bit, I think that it stays in a warmer in water or is lightly nuked before serving. I added chili, it's canned but that's okay.
